The passion and study of the art of milk are the centre of my daily life.

The main characteristic that sets me apart is my interest in travelling & in tasting new flavours.

Each journey is an experience that simultaneously renews and develops my conception of being a cheesemaker, who on the one hand preserves the know-how of tradition by preserving the artisanal methods of processing, and on the other hand explores new ways of fully exalting the taste of mozzarella, the unquestionable star of my creations.

I consider essential, sharing my knowledge with other people, that’s why I am a professional consultant.

I provide assistance and support with my know-how about cheesemaking to companies and individuals, who increasingly wish to be aware of the steps and processes involved in making excellent dairy products.

The main focus of my consultancy activity is dialogue: it is in this step that I listen to your wishes and I conceive an exclusive ‘journey’ into the art of milk that is customized, original and unique.
